2. Cognitive Dimension (VELNA Model)

We do not believe in a single "IQ", but rather in how people process information and solve problems. We evaluate independent skills such as logical, numerical, spatial, abstract, and verbal reasoning, through a dynamic bank of over 900 items.

3. Emotional Dimension

We understand how candidates feel and what motivates them. We evaluate stress management, emotional intelligence, and adaptability, placing individuals on a continuum that ranges from spontaneity and impulsivity to reflectiveness and moderation.
